Float Mirror Glass
Float Glass is the term for perfectly flat and crystal clear glass, which is free from bubbles, layers and all kinds of distortions. The term “Float Glass” drives from the production method, introduced in the UK by Sir Alastair Pilkington in the late 1950’s.
BSNZ's Crystal Clear Glass
Crystal Clear Glass of BSNZ is a multi-purpose float glass, valued highly for its attractive appearance, distortion and bubble free qualities. Crystal Clear Glass by BSNZ has such astounding clarity that its presence can go unnoticed. Because of its exceptional transparency, authentic colors can be seen and the best vision quality is obtained when gazing through. Crystal Clear Glass excels at its primary function, which is to be both a solid barrier and a window to the outside world.
Unlike regular clear float glasses, which have a built-in green tinge, BSNZ Crystal Clear Glass provides 100% transparent and sparkling clarity. It works well in applications where the glass edges are visible or when a natural color is preferred. It is intended for use in both interior and exterior applications, including exquisite residential glass applications, trendy interior partitions, smart skylights, and classy wall panels, among others.
At BSNZ Crystal Glass, there are two complete nitrogen processing units. They are capable of producing a lot of nitrogen gas, which is utilized to make the float glass oxide-free during the tin bath and make it possible to produce bubble- and distortion-free float glass of the highest caliber.
